Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), commonly known as UST, Tech, or Kwame Tech, is a public university located in Kumasi, Ashanti region, Ghana. The university focuses on science and technology. It is the second public university established in the country, as well as the largest university in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
The University is situated on a sixteen-square-kilometer campus of undulating land and pleasant surroundings, about seven kilometers away from the central business district of the city of Kumasi. The campus presents a panorama of beautiful and modern buildings interspersed with verdant lawns and tropical flora, which provide a cool and refreshing atmosphere congenial to academic studies.

Are the KNUST 2025-2026 forms out?
Yes, KNUST forms for the 2025/2026 academic year are out, and you can apply online through the official admissions portal at bit.ly/KNUST-Admissions25. You need to have your examination results at the time of application or be writing the WASSCE in July/August 2025.
