- WASSCE/SSSCE: Credit passes (A1–C6 for WASSCE or A–D for SSSCE) in three core subjects (English, Mathematics, Integrated Science) plus credit in three electives, with an aggregate of 24 or better
- GCE/IGCSE: Five O‑level credits (including English & Maths) and passes at A‑level (or mature equivalent) .
- IB/American High School: Meets respective performance metrics (e.g. IB HL grade 4+, GPA 3.0+ or 3.25 for Medicine & Dentistry).
- Mature applicants: Usually at least 25 years old, with relevant experience and passes, often including interviews/enrollment tests.
