How to Apply for University of Cape Coast Admission

  1. Purchase an e-voucher from one of the listed vendors. Â
  2. Go to the UCC Admission Portal and click on the “CLICK TO APPLY FOR PROGRAMME” link.
  3. Enter the serial number and PIN from your e-voucher.
  4. Select your mode of entry and indicate your entry type.
  5. Click submit to start applying.
  6. Fill out the application form and attach your passport picture.
  7. Click the “SUBMIT AND PRINT” button to submit your application.
  8. Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a reference number that you can use to track the status of your application. Â

What is the application fee for UCC?

UCC application fees vary by program and nationality: Ghanaian undergraduates pay GH¢220, international undergraduates are exempt, distance undergraduates pay GH¢470, and mature entrance examination applicants pay GH¢220.

The application deadline for the 2025 UCC forms is not yet announced, thus the UCC application deadlines for 2024 were as follows:

Graduate Studies: October 18

Regular: May 8 – August 30

Sandwich (campus): May 1 – August 31

Distance: June 3 – September 30

Mature candidates: August 21

1.Go to the UCC Admission Portal and click on the “Admission List” link.  

2.Enter your First Name and/or Surname.

3.Click the “Search” button.

4.Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a reference number that you can use to track the status of your application.
